There is a multitude of Fears and Phobias such as Flying, Driving, Spiders, etc. Although each of us may have our own particular issues they are all generated from our autonomic nervous system which is trying to keep us safe. This is what it is designed to do.
However, we don’t want it switched on all the time. To help release worry and fear from any phobic response we need to be able to have some control of our own nervous system. Hypnosis is the perfect tool to help reorganize typical responses in these situations. The mixture of relaxation and feelings of safety that are introduced helps powerfully reduce the overactive stress response bringing more and more ease and clear thinking to each situation.
OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and continual worry are extremely debilitating issues that can drain all the energy and pleasure from our everyday lives. Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique and Eye Movement therapy are amongst the best tools available helping clients gently release past issues that may have contributed to their problems.
