“Five frogs sat on a log. Two decided to jump off. How many left? Five – they only decided to jump off, they didn’t actually do it!
Making a decision is a really important part of the process that helps us make changes and achieve our goals but remember you have to jump if you want that decision to turn into reality.

If you want to keep your integrity and your personal energy intact when being verbally attacked why not use this technique I read about from a Buddhist monk. Instead of taking it onboard, fighting it and handing over your energy to your attacker just say “Thankyou for the gift – but I think you can keep it for yourself.”
You may well have to think those words rather than say them but either way you will be a lot better off than your attacker.
