Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a pleasant and relaxing state. Used in a therapeutic setting very powerful results can be achieved in as little as one session.

We are all in hypnosis (or trance) at various times during the day, and have all experienced driving past our turning while part of our mind is engaged elsewhere, or becoming so engrossed in something that we forget the time.

Nearly everyone can be hypnotised but the key to success is to know that you in fact are creating the experience as the hypnotist guides you. Some people are worried about being controlled but no one can make you do anything you do not wish to and although you will feel very relaxed in hypnosis you will still be aware of everything around you. By allowing yourself to enter this state you are effectively in control and free to accept or reject any suggestions being made

All suggestions are made for the benefit of the client and tailored to the clients’ own beliefs and wishes.
